How can I shop?

In person - While our Waterfront location remains closed for the foreseeable future our Seasonal location at 3204 Barrington Street (between the bridges) is now open Wednesday through Saturday, 10am-12pm and 1pm-5pm, by appointment only. You can book an appointment here.

When will my order be ready to pick up?

With our current volume of orders, we’re not always able to accommodate for same day pick ups. We ask for a minimum of one business day (24 hours) for pick up orders, and up to four business days for local deliveries.

Our team will confirm product availability, process payment and provide confirmation via phone or email once items are ready for contactless pick-up.

If you place an order for an in-stock item during store hours, it will be ready for you to pick up within 3 hours. If you order outside of store hours, your order will typically be ready for pick up within 24-48 hours of ordering. Store hours are limited, so be sure to check the hours and wait for confirmation that it’s ready for pick up before you head out.

How long will you hold my item(s) at the store?

We will hold your item(s) for 5 days, beginning from when we confirm that your order is ready for pick up. If you need more time, please call to let us know when you’ll be there to pick up your order.

Are you offering curbside pick up?

Yes, we are offering a curbside pick up option from our Fulfillment center located at 3731 MacKintosh St., Halifax. To make arrangements for an order for pick up please contact us at 1-888-977-2797 Monday-Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm or online at

Our fulfillment center is located at 3731 MacKintosh Street, Halifax. When your order is placed we will follow up with further instructions with the location and processes for picking up your order. Please wait for a call from our fulfillment team that your order is ready for pick up.

Can I pay when I pick my order up?

We are only able to take credit card payments over the phone or online.

What happens if some or all of my order is no longer available?

If for some reason, any or all of your order becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss your options.

Are you offering free delivery due to COVID?

Yes. We are currently offering complimentary delivery within the Halifax area. We continue to ship domestically and internationally, though due to increased volumes with our carriers there may be delays in deliveries.

What are the shipping timelines?

We’re doing our best to get your product ready for shipping within 4 business days of ordering. Peak periods may extend this timeline. Please be advised that our shipping partners have currently suspended their guaranteed delivery standards to ensure their staff have the ability to practice necessary safety procedures.

Are you still doing engraving and what are the timelines?

Yes, we are currently offering our engraving services. Please allow 15-20 business days prior to shipping for the engraving process. If you would like to place an order with engraving please call us at 1-888-977-2797.

If a product is out of stock, when will it be available for ordering?

With social distancing and the new procedures we have had to implement due to COVID-19, we are currently not able to produce our entire product line. Our Craftsmen are concentrating on fewer products to ensure we can get the items we do need back on the shelf as soon as possible.

Creating Stemware is an intimate process that involves a team of five craftsmen working in close proximity. We are following social distancing regulations and will not put our craftsmen at risk. When social distancing regulations are lifted, we will be back in full production. That will include creating our Stemware.

Can I get an item repaired / replaced under CCG?

We are still offering repair services. We are only able to repair pieces that are produced by us and have limitations on what can be repaired. If you would like to inquire about the repair of our NovaScotian Crystal piece please send us a photo of the piece to [email protected].

We are continuing to offer our Crystal Clear guarantee replacement service, on items that are currently in production, if the piece that has broken was purchased within the last year. Please send us a photo with your full name and mailing address, and we will make arrangements for the replacement. Please note that shipping charges will apply. For items not currently in production we are unable to offer replacement at this time.
