Covid-19 Shipping Update
We are happy to confirm that we remain able to offer shipping within Canada and the United States, although please be advised that our shipping partners have currently suspended their guaranteed delivery standards to ensure their staff have the ability to practice the necessary safety procedures.
Please also be advised that our shipping partners are not requiring signature upon delivery and implemented a “Knock, Drop and Go” approach to follow social distancing recommendations. This procedure limits interaction between the delivery person and you.
We will continue striving to ensure timely delivery of your order, and thank you in advance for your understanding for any possible delays from increased measures.

What are the approximate delivery times and shipping rates?
Will International shipments be subject to customs duties or other additional charges?
Under NAFTA, no additional tariffs apply to most orders destined to the US and Mexico. Please note that for shipments destined to Mexico, the receiving business and/or individual must be a NAFTA registered importer with the Mexican government or NAFTA will not apply.
Under CETA, no additional tariffs apply to most orders destined to most countries of the EU and the UK. Please note, VAT and brokerage fees will still apply.
If your shipment is going to you or a gift recipient outside of North America it is exempt from Canadian sales tax. However please be aware that your order may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage of the destination country. The receiver of the shipment would be responsible for these charges, due upon delivery. You may wish to inform any gift recipients of this possibility. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges nor are we able to estimate what they would be. How do we ship such a fragile product?
Since the day we first opened, over 20 years ago, we’ve gained a lot of experience in shipping and we’ve learned a great deal about how to successfully ship fragile products. We take extra measures to ensure your order is cradled to withstand 3 meter drops off conveyor belts, turbulence during flights and even being tossed onto a truck by a courier. We also take it upon ourselves to guarantee your order will arrive intact. If on the very off chance it arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
Where do we ship?
We will ship our crystal anywhere in the world you would like it to go.
Can we ship a gift for you?
Of course! One of the things we do best is send your sentiment for you. We can gift wrap and ship gifts to your family and friends anywhere in the world, including a hand written card with your personal message. Any pricing or billing related information will not be included. If you wish to order gifts for more than one shipping address, you will have to complete each gift as an individual order.
When will we ship your order?
Provided items are in stock, orders usually ship within two business days of you placing your order (Monday to Friday, not including national holidays). During the Christmas season and for very large orders may require additional time. If you have special requirements please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. We’ll contact you within 24 hours if we expect any extra delays to your order.
Who will deliver your order?
Shipments within Canada are delivered by Purolator Courier or Canada Post. Shipments to USA are delivered by UPS or USPS. For all other world countries, shipments are delivered by DHL or the local postal service.
For orders shipping to condominiums or apartments that use an entry code, please include this detail in the shipping address. All orders shipping to a P.O. box will be delivered by postal service.
Where is my order?
All of our shipments are traceable. We can provide you with your tracking number so that you can track your shipment with the carrier either by telephone or over the internet.
