Well, your question has proved to be challenging. We are not aware of a central website with this type of information and we are unable to locate any manufacturer who uses a maker’s mark as you describe. It is quite possible the piece was commissioned as decorated by a corporation/association or an individual to whom the club symbol plus Canada had a particular significance or meaning.

How you came to own the piece and its shape/function would be helpful in determining the origin. And, a photo or two would also be helpful. There could also be resources in your city, such as an antique dealer who specializes in glass, who could assist you.
