The service in the store and after has been some of the best I have ever been associated with, in my many years of doing business with a enormous number of companies. Not only did we receive our crystal on the promised date but it arrived carefully packed and with a variety of information regarding each piece the crystal in general and the guarantee. In the store, as we were trying to decide which pattern to purchase the sales person suggested that instead of purchasing a set we might like to go with one glass of each pattern. This is what we did and it was a great idea, since now each person using a glass, has a glass they can identify as theirs and each glass has an individual story of its own regarding the design.
